Bringing back the peace and quiet

Former Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu posted recently on Facebook praising Amichai Chickli for having caused the balagan (chaos) in the coalition. He did not use those words, but that was the gist of what he meant. There is a part of that post that I want to challenge here. Let me translate into English that last two sentences of his post:

And I tell you that we must not wait until the next terrorist attack or the next shooting. We must immediately establish a strong right wing government under my leadership in order to bring back the security and the quiet to the citizens of Israel.

So let me just ask:  Is this the security and quiet you are referring to?
