- negation of the existence of the State of Israel as a Jewish and democratic state;
- incitement to racism;
- support of armed struggle, by a hostile state or a terrorist organization, against the State of Israel.
Double Standards for Knesset MKs: Jews Out, Arabs In
I love how Arab leaders, such as our very own Ahmed Tibi, promote martyrdom for other people's children. But first, let us look at who the courts forbade from running in the upcoming elections as they let these hate mongers continue to run for office.
Two Jewish candidates for the Knesset have been banned from running in September's elections. The arguments for their banning can be found in the Basic Law: The Knesset, in which it is written:
A candidates' list shall not participate in elections to the Knesset, and a person shall not be a candidate for election to the Knesset, if the objects or actions of the list or the actions of the person, expressly or by implication, include one of the following:
