1.  "If you don't support the party that is most in line with your beliefs, your vote is wasted....[this respresents seeing] your voting as an expression of yourself, an expression of your will." Need to contend with the question of whether or not the "purpose of voting is your personal expression" or something larger than yourself, that "accords with the good of the country, which is not about catering to your will?"
2. One of biggest limitations of prop rep is that it empowers the leaders of the parties.
