Armenians have been living in Jerusalem since the 4th Century, when Armenia first accepted Christianity as their national religion. Painted ceramic tiles comprise a long-standing traditional art-form and you can find their works on other ceramic items as well, such as mugs and plates of various sizes and shapes. I photographed a round plate so that you can enjoy this lovely view of Jerusalem on a number of useful items.
